Privacy
What we keep
Your name, email, optional phone number, your learning progress, practice days, class bookings, payment records, messages with friends, and the notes the teacher writes about your progress. We do not store card numbers, because we do not take cards.
Who helps us run the service
Neon (database), Netlify (hosting), Resend and Mailgun (email), Cloudflare (file storage and bot checks), Zoom (live classes) and Google Classroom (materials). They only receive what they need to do their job.
Children
The service is meant to be used with a parent or guardian. Friends and chat are limited to people who add each other by email, and the teacher can turn chats off. A parent can ask us to delete their child's account at any time.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your theme and your cookie choice. Public pages also record a page visit without a cookie or any identifier.
Your choices
In Account, Privacy and data you can download everything we hold about you, and delete your account. Deleting an account removes your progress, messages and payment history.
